About ordering

Can I change my order?

Changes to your order are possible as long as they are made before payment.

Please note that changes or cancellations cannot be made after payment.

Can I reserve it?

Unfortunately, we cannot hold items before payment.
After payment, we can reserve the item for you.

Can I purchase the products in stores?

Yes, you can purchase it at PHIL's physical store in Koenji.
Please check stock at the store or by email as items may be sold out due to miscommunication.

Can I return or get a refund?

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to customer convenience.

We deal in a lot of vintage and used items, so there may be some scratches or stains that we have overlooked, or items that have not been tested for operation. Since everyone has a different opinion on the condition of an item, please feel free to ask any questions you may have before purchasing.

If we are able to confirm that the problem is due to our mistake, such as receiving a product that is different from the one you ordered, we will accept the return and refund or exchange.

Please contact us in advance by email or other means and return the item within 3 days of arrival.

商品は注文からどれくらいで発送されますか?

通常、ご入金確認後7営業日以内に発送しております。

配送料はいくらですか?

佐川急便の「飛脚便」または日本郵便の「レターパックライト」のいずれかでお届けいたします。ご注文時の内容に応じて、最適な配送方法を自動的に割り当てさせていただきます。
送料はカート内で事前にご確認いただけます。

送料は以下の通りです:

▼ 佐川急便「飛脚便
・本州:650円
・北海道:1,200円
・沖縄:1,450円
・追跡番号付き、配送は対面受け取りになります。

▼ 日本郵便「レターパックライト
・全国一律430円
・追跡番号付き、郵便受けへお届けします。

海外への配送はできますか?

はい、海外発送に対応しています。

当店では一部の国と地域への国際配送を行っています。配送方法は基本的に日本郵便(EMS)を使用しており、送料は重量や配送先により異なります。ご注文手続きの際に配送先住所を入力いただくと、自動的に送料が計算されます。

なお、以下の点にご注意ください:

  • 配送可能国は状況により変更となる場合があります。
  • 関税・輸入税などが発生した場合は、受取人様のご負担となります。
  • 商品のサイズや内容によっては、一部配送方法が利用できない場合があります。

About the product

What is the condition of the second-hand item?

At our store, we clearly describe the condition of the products, such as "New", "Like new", "No noticeable scratches or stains", "Slightly scratched or stained", etc. We also post as many detailed photos as possible, so please check them. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Will the product be restocked?

Since second-hand items are basically one-of-a-kind items, there are no plans to restock them. New items may be restocked, but we cannot guarantee it. We will announce restock information on our social media accounts, so please check there.
